About Me
I am originally from Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. I graduated in Physiotherapy from UNIJORGE (Centro Universitário Jorge Amado) in 2014 and worked as a physiotherapist before moving to Australia. I continued my healthcare career here as a pathology collector for almost three years before beginning a new chapter in technology. Working across both roles taught me the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, clear communication and staying calm while helping people from different backgrounds. It also developed my leadership skills and my ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Technology and gaming have always been genuine interests of mine. Long before changing careers, gaming encouraged me to learn how computers worked, troubleshoot technical problems, understand hardware performance and build my own PCs. That hands-on curiosity eventually inspired me to turn a lifelong interest into a professional career.
I am now studying a Diploma of Information Technology, specialising in Cloud Engineering, at TAFE Queensland, with expected completion in December 2026. I am developing practical skills in cloud computing, infrastructure, networking and technical support. I am open to Cloud Support, IT Support and Customer Success opportunities where I can combine technical problem-solving with clear communication, relationship building and a genuine focus on helping customers achieve successful outcomes, both on site and remotely.
